On the concept of “experiential vs informational”, here is an article about how people’s interaction with virtual worlds fall between the two extremes of “Augmentation versus Immersion“. The terms might be different but I think the dichotomy is the same.

Thanks for the gem man! With blogging and reading other blogs as it is, I am already in danger of compromising on my First Life. The Bak Kut Teh shop that my wife and I enjoy is Founder’s Bak Kut Teh along Balestier, which is just downstairs from a rather seedy looking hotel.
